2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Scope of Services

FIND & RANK LTD provides:

  • Web design and development

  • SEO and search marketing

  • Google Ads and paid media management

  • Social media strategy and content planning

  • Other custom digital marketing solutions

All services are tailored to client requirements and outlined in project proposals or service agreements.

4. Payments and Fees

  • All prices are quoted in USD or GBP unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment terms are defined in each service agreement or invoice.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, 50% upfront payment is required to initiate work, with the remainder due upon completion or agreed milestones.

  • Late payments may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services.

  • We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at 2% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • If the project is canceled before initiation, a 20% cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative and preparatory costs.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after a written request and internal review.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide all required materials, content, and access credentials promptly.

  • Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe.

  • Ensure that all information provided to FIND & RANK LTD is accurate and lawful.

  • Maintain backups of their own data and website content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to provide required materials or feedback on time may delay project completion.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All custom designs, code, and deliverables created by FIND & RANK LTD remain our property until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the Client.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information—such as business strategies, marketing plans, and proprietary data—strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • FIND & RANK LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities).

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

  • We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or performance issues caused by third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, ad platforms, plugins).

10. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Some services may involve the use of third-party tools (e.g., Google, Meta, WordPress, Shopify).
FIND & RANK LTD is not responsible for the policies, outages, or data handling of these third parties.

11. Revisions and Maintenance

Revisions are limited to the number agreed in the proposal or service contract.
Additional revisions or maintenance outside the original scope may incur extra fees.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms.
In such cases:

  • The Client must pay for all completed work up to the termination date.

  • Any deposits or fees paid are non-refundable.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet failures, or government actions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

15. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.
The latest version will always be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.”
